Less Sodium than Regular Salt
I recently discovered this seasoning and really enjoy it. We try to keep our son's sodium intake low due to kidney issues. I find a tiny pinch of this has less sodium than regular salt and provides more flavor. A tiny amount adds some nice flavor to unsalted broth in a batch of homemade soup.
