Nice wrist weights!

I bought these wrist weights along with a 4 lb set (2 lbs each hand) for use with a walking DVD. The weights have a velcro closure and they stay in place. They are easy to put on and take off even as you are moving thru the workout. They would probably be good to use for any workout as they will add just a small challenge so you are working a little harder.

Great Weights for the Price

These one pound weights are perfect for a person with a smaller wrist. They fit snuggly and are well-made. Perfect for physical therapy or a great workout.

Good Product

Just what I wanted. A bit bulkier than I expected, but they work just as I had hoped--a continuous, light workout for my arms. I will probably move up to heavier weights in a few weeks--these are pretty light, but a good way to start. Highly recommended.
