I am wearing it now, it is comfortable, lightweight & does not make me hot. It did not 'cure" me, but I find this the most comfortable back brace I have ever bought. And I have had some of the higher priced heavy duty ones. Do not confuse this with the "seen on TV" or anything you can get at a chain drugstore. Tommie Copper is much higher quality.
