Incomplete order/inefficient service afterwards.

This order came through okay. I am still waiting for a previous order to be completed. I ordered a metal two position flagpole holder that came incomplete. It is missing an integral part of the assembly, the thumbscrew that holds the flag in the holder. I have made you aware of this deficiency five times now via on line messaging, and once by calling customer service (who just tried to complicate matters even further. Please complete the order. I don't want to be forced to take you to small claims court. Thank you.
