Stovetop Cooking: Put one package of pasta into 4.5 quarts (4.26 litres) of boiling water and add a tablespoon salt (if desired). Stir occasionally and cook medium-high on range for 13-14 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached (2 minutes less for oven cooking). Rinse with cold water for a superb texture. Drain well. Can be served hot or warm with any kind of pasta sauce or in your favourite pasta recipes, in salad, stir-fried, or as a casserole. Use it as you would like any regular pasta. The good texture of Tinkyada can withstand quite a bit of over-cooking. Easy and Energy Saving Cooking: Cook 1 to 2 minutes in boiling water and stir gently. Switch off stove. Great Taste!
My husband has a gluten sensitivity, so I'm not usually able to make meals like lasagna. I was a little worried how these would taste, but they were great! I didn't even notice a difference between it and the taste of regular lasagna noodles.

Amazing!!
These gluten free lasagna noodles are amazing! They taste just like the wheat containing lasagna noodles, you would never know they are gluten free. When you make them just make sure to rinse the noodles when they finish boiling so that you remove all of the starchy water. I use these to make homemade lasagna and my family loves it! Also works great to make lasagna roll ups. When I make lasagna I make two pans and freeze one... Noodles hold up great in the freezer! Great product!

Use this product frequently, love it. I'd recommend under-cooking it for lasagna so the noodles don't fall apart and rinse when done. Tastes delicious and their customer service is friendly and helpful. Peace.
