I got this one size bigger as I wanted to be very comfortable wearing this around the home after surgery. It is a nice cotton with a slight ruffle at the bottom, is sleeveless, and is very comfortable. It isn't dressy enough for me to wear shopping, but it is great to answer the front door and be comfortable after surgery, especially with using the gel ice packs to relieve swelling and pain.
