I purchased two sizes originally: a 1x and 2x. I liked how the 2x went up a little higher to cover my mid section, but was a tad loose around the rim of my rear (I have a VERY flat rear end). I went with the 1x and compromised a little on the height in the front to ensure a snug fit in the back. I am 5'5” and weigh 230lbs—as I said I went with the 1x. I was ok with compromising as I purchased the matching halter eyelet fit and flare top to go with this—it's an adorable set! Can't believe it's from Walmart! I've already washed it multiple times and the material is holding up perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the purchase!
