Echoing other reviewers, these run small for Time and Tru and are somewhat fitted. That make them better for layering I suppose. These actually unbutton this year. I usually take a small in Time and Tru but got my usual medium (Iâm a M in most other brands) and it works fine. The fabric is nice and light but it shows every little roll. Yeah, not cute. I will wear a shaper tank top underneath some clothes. The shaper smooths out the icky lumps bras can create, with me anyway, and gives me a more confidence. Walmart has a great selection of shapers by the way. The henleys are nice to wear under sweaters, cardigans and jackets since the fabric is on the thin side. I bought a winter white to match a pair of Christmas themed leggings that I bought at Walmart too. I wanted bright red but winter white works fine. They have a faded red. They make cute pajama tops. I am 5â6, 135lbs, 36C, broad shoulders, (8)M in tops. I bought a medium and probably wouldnât choose to size up.

After reading the reviews on sizing, I decided to go in the store to try on. I'm glad I did. Henley, thermal style shirts are known for shrinking a little after washing. I normally buy a henley 1 size up because I like them slightly loose fitting. I took into account shrinkage and ended up buying 2 sizes up. I can fit a Medium, but I usually buy a large. with this one, I bought an XL. After washing with a good detergent to prevent too much shrinking (Woolite), and drying on low heat, they fit great!! I definitely will buy again.
Very cute but runs small
I bought a couple of these for the first time and LOVE them. Got compliments right away. I agree with many reviewers that I think they run small. I would recommend 2 sizes up so that you can wash without feel of shrinking up too much on you. Nice enough to wear to a casual workplace with jeans, but also great with yoga pants around the house on the weekend. I'm going to get a lot of use out of these.
A Great Buy!
I like these thermal henleys so much that I watch for them to come out each year so I can get the new colors and prints. You really have to get them fairly early because the colors and sizes you want might not last very long. I usually wear a large (5â5â, 140 lbs, 40C) but in these I have always bought an extra large for the roominess and also so that I can dry them. For the past three years, I have bought these shirts to keep me warm under a sweater or sweatshirt or just by itself with my Signature Levi Jeans. As you might guess, I have quite a few. Time and Tru replaced the Faded Glory brand but they are just as good if not better. Ladies, you canât go wrong purchasing the Time and Tru Thermal Henley! Enjoy!
Runs small, size up!
Cute, comfortable and decent quality. I agree that they run small. I am typically an XS and the medium fits and is actually still tight around my Mom mid section. I plan on layering this under a vest of flannel shirt so Iâm not too worried about it. Will be purchasing more colors because its so easy to throw on with jeans, leggings or joggers.
This is a super cute and affordable thermal henley top. Tag calls it a slim fit and they are not joking. I am normally a 1X/18 for tops, i went for the XXXL and it is form fitting. If you are a plus size looking for an oversize look, this is not your item. If you want form fitting, its lovely. I got the ivory and the rusty color, very pleased considering I had been looking at similar options that were $25 !
