May run a tad small. I normally would wear a 2x but because of chronic pain I usually order a 3x to have the looser fit. This fits like like a loose fit 2x more than a roomy 3x but still fits good and isn't a problem. It's a lightweight fabric and very comfortable. If I had the money I would get more.
