I ordered these lights for the patio, the lights work great but the remote didn't work when I received them. I put in a new battery and still not working. I sent a message and was to receive a response within 48 hours and have not heard back and it has been over 2 weeks. I can use the box at the end of the string to turn them on and off, but really wanted the remote.
