Re-built my 27 year-old,wood fence, after hurricane with my neighbors help! Pressure washed all the planks assembled them in the sections, put them up and I used Thompsons Water Seal to feel it. After trying several other high priced sealers that did not last, I went back to the Thompson's brand. After preparing my deck, this was easy to apply and the color was as advertised. It's been on since summer and so far, so good on protecting the wood. The water still beads up on it.
