This product is a must have for women everywhere. The bread makes different shapes and size undies, in all different colors. You will need to buy more than one pair since you have to wash them after use, but I definitely recommend buying at least one to start. Everybody has at least one day where they would need to wear the underwear for an extended period of time. And walmart.com has them for the best price anywhere, see for yourself.
