This is a great heat/cold pack. I lost the one I owned years ago and this one is the same quality. I mostly like to use it as a heat pack. It gets a bit warmer than the beanbag-style heat packs, so it feels particularly good on low back and hip pain, whereas the other style is best for neck/shoulder pain. I just wedge it between the waistband of my jeans and my back. The color change is a fun feature too.
