[Microwave] 1. Put water(200ml) in a bowl, add rice pasta and entire sauce powder, mix well 2. Microwave it for 2 mins then stir it again 3. Microwave it again for 2 mins (Adjust the time according to the capacity of the microwave)

Tteokbokki, also spelled dukbokki, topokki, or ddeokbokki, are Korean hot and spicy rice cakes. Cylindrical, chewy white rice cake noodles called tteok are stir-fried in a delicious spicy gochujang-based sauce. Savory elements are added to the sauce by way of anchovy stock, dried kelp and a splash of sesame oil. Sweet and spicy– that's the short way to describe the taste of Tteokbokki. This dish is sweet, savory, and spicy and has a mild, garlicky aftertaste. Meanwhile, the texture is chewy and tender, similar to semi-soft cheese.
