Comfy Maxi Skirt, But Runs Big / Long

Very comfortable maxi skirt. I saw a review that says it is lined - the two that I received are NOT lined, so YMMV. I also saw a few reviews advising to buy a size bigger than you normally wear, which I personally DO NOT recommend, as they seem to run true to size and the ones I ordered were too big. However, they definitely run long: I'm 5'4" and this skirt is several inches too long for me and had to be hemmed.

First off, the skirt color, style and material is very nice but I must warn you that in my opinion it runs quite small. I normally fit into an 1X / XL easily but this one is pretty tight. I mean, I can get it on fine but it is way to tight on my skin to actually wear out.
