Great for Making DIY Orange Electrolyte powder

I use this natural orange peel for my homemade Electrolyte (you can use it in Europen style pastries also in lieu of lemon peel). Use it in many cooking and baking applications. If you're motivated to make your own, you can save 95% of the cost. Recipes are online for the $$ top selling brands. I do grind into a powder with a coffee grinder.

Very good product at a great price

The quantity of the granular orange and lemon peel is double what I could get at the grocery store for the same price. I think the flavor and quality are every bit as good as the product that is double the price. Many thanks to the staff and management at The Spice Way for a job well done.
