I got this after reading that some people use it to flavor egg substitutes in vegan egg recipes and I was pleasantly surprised by how much it does give that flavor!

Best addition to breakfast
I eat my scrambled eggs only with India Black Kala Namak. I always order it it gives an interesting flavor to the dishes. The sodium mineral in this form is fastly absorbed.
