The Pioneer Woman Spring Bouquet Pepper Grinder

I think that the ceramic material is more hygienic and classy, but that is just me. It's nice to add to the dining table when serving dishes that may benefit from some freshly grounded pepper as well. The grounded pepper comes out REALLY fine and UNIFORM SIZE. You WANT uniform sizing when cooking, even if it's just an herb or salt or pepper, and especially if it's a meat. That way, things cook evenly. It's the same concept with freshly grounded pepper, so I really like that it all comes out the same size. The fineness was a little too fine for me at first though. It's why I don't particularly use this to cook most of the time, as it takes forever to get even a teaspoon out (can you imagine a tablespoon or more?). For seasoning chicken and steak though, it's perfect. Yes, it takes a long time to get it out, but the fineness really does make a difference. It's even better with salad. I don't like large bits of pepper in my salad, so this made my salad taste so nice. I have to say that the design is not everyone's taste. I loved the design as it's ceramic/wood and pretty and makes for a homely look, but my wife made a comment about it being old-fashioned, or rustic-looking. It's a matter of taste, I guess. Overall, this is a good pepper grinder for your black pepper, or even other herbs. I'd recommend it for someone in the market for the dining table. By the way, the brand actually has a line of the same design, so a set of this design may look really good!

The Pioneer woman pepper mill works great! And is good quality. It's easy to fill and use. And it's just as pretty as in the picture, even prettier in real life, the colors are so vibrant and eye catching. A great addition to my kitchen, definitely worth getting.
