I used this sauce in a new recipe that turned out great! The flavor was really good and, as others have mentioned, this sauce does not cause the typical response from too much acidity, a huge plus. For me the texture was just right, but if you like a thicker sauce, you may want to let it cook down a bit. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!
