Best Buy in a Parka, great quality, crazy warmth, waterproof

I got this on sale, so it was a steal! My wife has the same in women's. Let me tell you why this is much better in the Great Lakes (I'm in Toronto) climate than anything else. Many of the other offerings in the segment are not waterproof breathable. That is fine if you are in the arctic (99.999% are not). In Toronto, NYC, Chicago, Detroit etc, it can go from freezing rain, sleet, snow, rain , sometimes in 1 day. If your parka cannot repel water with a membrane it is useless. My McMurdo has an amazing number of pockets, is totally comfortable, and is truly an incredible value. I can wear it over a suit, or a track suit.

Best parka I have ever worn!

Perfect for sub-zero temperatures and very stylish. I got a grey- black two toned version with red logo last year. The first time I wore it at work, people complimented the style and started asking where I bought it (since the one I got was only available on-line). I normally walk around downtown Toronto even during wintertime and I have to say that this jacket keeps me warm even during windy days with temperatures below 20 degrees Celsius. The only improvement I see is to have a two way zipper so that it will be easier to sit down while wearing this jacket. Otherwise, it is perfect for me.
