these meals are fantastic. easy to prepare and very authentic flavor. the only thing I don't like is that they put that little humidity device in with the food and I think it's a little creepy and I also wonder if some people don't realize it's there and empty the packet into their pot with the device in there. I know to look for it so it's not a big deal but I think the company should rethink that. otherwise definitely five stars.

Authentic Indian flavors. Wonderfully convenient. I cannot say enough good things about Cumin Club. I bought these to pack while traveling because they are so light and you only need boiling water to prepare. After the first time I tried them, I went back and ordered many more. I keep these in my pantry for the nights I don't have time to cook or when I just want wholesome Indian food. All are vegetarian meals with recognizable natural ingredients. These are freeze-dried with no preservatives (other than salt) and are shelf stable for up to 6 months without refrigeration. Low calorie, low cholesterol yet so delicious. Many of these items are also low fat and low sodium, and there are only a handful that have a higher fat content due to additions of nuts, cream and coconut. If you are new to Indian flavors, start out slow with tikka masala, dal makhani, dal tadka or vegetable sambar. If you love Indian food, they have lots of traditional regional foods that will surprise you with how good they taste.
