I ordered this for my granddaughter and picked the size I thought would fit her best but it was smaller then expected. There was some confusion as to the address delivered to because the delivery address was not used and my physical address was used which are not the same. I received a notice that my package was delivered but had to call USPS to ask if my package was delivered and they searched and found it. They instructed me to make sure I have my PO Box number listed somewhere on my package in future. This is a problem as the vendor's shipping information does not accept PO Box information and only accepts physical address which is a problem as the USPS does not deliver to my home therefore we use a PO Box number instead. I was not aware of the delivery service used by this vendor so I could not put in the correct address needed for delivery. Fortunately I called at the right time and we found my package and it was delivered to my PO Box. Please do not send a refund for this article as we did receive it.
