This is the best hot honey on the market. It has a good full combination of Texas raw honey flavors and spice that I would rate as medium heat. The more you use the hotter it gets. It goes great with grilled chicken, pizza, grilled mozerella, steak, and I use it in my chili recipes as well. If you haven't tried a hot honey yet, this is the best one to try.
