Terrifier Mug

My daughter got this from her best friend for Christmas. she loved it, but unfortunately it fell off the counter and broke. It took some looking at several different stores in my area, but I finally found another one and it was just delivered. Again, the product itself is great. My problem is the carelessness. I understand things happen, but there was absolutely nothing done to protect this from damage. I know it could have been much worse than a few chips and I'm grateful it wasn't, but more should have been done to protect from damage of any sort. Overall it's a great mug and surprisingly cute for what it is.
