Terra & Sky Women’s Plus Size Terry Cloth Shorts

I needed shorts that were soft and had elastic waist, but not tight. I am having my 10th back surgery and I bought three pairs in the store, but knew I would need more as recovery from these surgeries takes a long time. They seem to be perfect. However, what I went through to get them was not. I was treated like garbage. Being put on hold for a man (the first person I talked to kept saying he about his boss) for so long and having someone constantly click in to see if I was still there but not saying anything, I guess they were hoping I would hang up. Then having Alexa (woman) come online saying she was the mgr and didn't even care to listen to what I said. There is no customer service. I guess Walmart likes to be known as the store that has trash coming to their stores (many pictures online) and I am not like that. I am furious over this whole ordeal and then my husband had to call the people who bought our home 5 years ago and then go and drive to get the items. Done.
