Our 20' x 20' High Peak Frame Tents are designed for a quick and easy setup. This stylish, sleek High Peak Frame Tent doesn't need to be set up on grass -- it can be set up in a parking lot or on other asphalt surfaces with one of our stake drivers (sold separately). Their size and elegant look make them ideal for outdoor events such as vendor booths at fairs, craft shows, flea markets, trade shows and similar events.

In addition to their aesthetic appeal, these High Peak Frame tents are popular because they have fewer fittings and parts than traditional a pole or frame tent. High Peak Frame tents have no center poles or obstructions that touch the ground in the center of the tent, instead using cross cables and a frame tension design to optimize room for accommodating guests or equipment. The 2.5" diameter heavy-duty, commercial grade tent frame is constructed from 1/8" thick anodized schedule 40 aluminum that provides more strength than using raw aluminum. Anodized aluminum is highly resistant to rusting, corrosion and also protects it from oxidizing. This measure means that your tent poles will not leave any unsightly stains on your tent top and extends the longevity of your tent.

Our 20' x 20' West Coast Frame Tents were designed for fast, easy setup and are durable enough for everyday use. These versatile tents are typically used for outdoor events and vendor booths at fairs, trade shows, and other similar venues. They also make great additions to weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal parties, baptisms and more.

The tent top is made from 16 oz block-out PVC vinyl material that is 100% waterproof and flame resistant. They feature 1" heat-sealed overlap seams, 2" nylon webbing and multi-layered reinforcement at all pole locations for maximum durability and longevity. There are also replaceable polyester sidewall ropes fastened with polyester webbing to allow for the addition of sidewalls (sold separately). Identification and flame certificate labels are heat bonded to each top.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Weather can be unpredictable, the installer/end use must incorporate their own judgment, common sense, and knowledge of local weather conditions in cooperation with our tent installation instruction guides. The installer is responsible for anticipating weather severity for proper setup time and installation. We do not recommend leaving our event tents set up in windy or adverse weather conditions. Do not allow water or snow to "pond" or "pool" on your tent top, as this weight can destroy the tent fabric, cause poles/base plates to sink into the ground, reduce the holding power of the stakes, or collapse the tent. Heavy winds can loosen the tension on ropes, ratchet straps, stakes or cause poles to shift or sink. Routine maintenance checks are required to maintain proper tension at all times. In the event of lightning, evacuate the tent immediately until the chance of lighting is no longer present. Event tents are not designed to carry ANY type of load from snow accumulation. These products should not be used if snow is present or they should be taken down if snow is expected for the area.
