Corners have straps Which really work to keep it tight on the mattress. Only reason I didn't give it. Five stars is that it could be a little softer, But they are definitely nice and comfy.

Some pieces softer than others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really wanted to love these sheets given the cotton fabric content listed in the product description. However, they are some of the coarsest and scratchiest sheets we've tried. We have a split cal king and the fitted sheets are the softest, with pillow cases being the worst. We have laundered these 4x in the short time we've had them to see if that would help soften, but no change thus far. The sheets do fit very well, and that part is excellent.
