Very good back brace. It takes a little getting used to, however, when you do get used to it, you'll experience the benefit. There are no instructions that come with the product, but you can find some information on Facebook and on the Internet. Setting up the back brace is confusing until you get it. Once you get it, you really enjoy it. Photo one shows the correct back side assembly, photo two shows the correct front side assembly and photo three shows the back brace ready to put on

I tried it on the first day I received it, and I immediately noticed some changes, but patience is key. I recommend that everyone consider getting the next largest size; if you typically wear large, opt for extra-large. This way, you'll feel more comfortable and can make adjustments as needed. Initially, it may feel a bit tight, but I found I could adjust it slightly until it became more comfortable. I wore it all day at work and took it off after 5 PM, including on weekends. Now, I am kinda back pain-free in the morning after my stretching exercise.
