wood burning pizza oven
It went together easily except the nuts didn't seem to fit the axle very well. It heated up quickly to 800 degrees and kept the heat. The thermometer became filled with black soot so it could not be read.. I wasn't able to clean the black off. It was better for cooking meat %26 hotdogs than a regular woodburning grill. Hot dogs did better than the pizza. I used an already baked pizza crust. The pizza would have been better if I had used a raw dough crust. The already baked crust got over done by the time the cheese melted in 10 minutes. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as a brick or stone pizza oven. It was as good as I was expecting it to be for the price so I was not disappointed.
