It includes a slide, several cardboard boxes, and two larger boxes with wood, hardware, and accessories. Delivery is curbside, so you'll need to move everything yourself. It's heavy and definitely a two person job. Teamson impressed me with how everything is labeled and sorted. Hardware comes in organized trays, and despite the many parts, sorting is quite easy thanks to the labeling system. The manual is clear and very helpful. Overall, the packaging is thoughtful, well labeled, and I had no missing parts. This is a large and time consuming project. We hired experienced builders, which I'd recommend. It's not ideal for beginners without careful planning, and moving everything takes effort, so keep that in mind. We also felt it was safer to hire experienced people to build it . The Teamson Laguna playset is a well designed kit that requires patience and organization. Everything fits together smoothly, making it a worthwhile backyard investment.
