She can crack an egg or two into the pan before lighting and setting it onto the stove and the eggs will always have a perfect shape, compared to the egg white running loose in a larger pan and having to turn the heat on high. At first look, my wife thought that this pan would be too small to be of much benefit. After using it however, she discovered that it is the perfect size for one or two eggs. Two eggs fried or scrambled in this pan makes for a perfect size to fit on a piece of toast. As to its functionality, the non-stick surface is amazing. All the foods we have tried just slides right off the pan and cleanups a breeze. Although you can place this pan in the dishwasher, most of the time my wife just gives it a clean with the wipe of a paper towel. Overall, we love that it makes perfectly shaped eggs and takes just a second to clean.
