Great tripod for the average guy
I found this tripod to be an excellent choice for those of us who need a good sturdy tripod without spending a small fortune. The only thing that could be better is the knob to tighten the panhead. It is slightly difficult to use if your grip is not very strong.

This lived up to the name on the box that said "professional tripod". I used it for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary party and it worked out wonderfully! It was not flimsy. It was very sturdy and I never felt like it was going to fall over. I would highly recommend it. The instructions aren't that great. They're brief. But after playing with it, I was able to figure things out. I would recommend playing with it for at least an hour before using it the first time. I didn't, and was not aware of some nice features that I could have used during the anniversary party.
