So when I ordered these, it said they ran small. I usually wear 9 to 9 1/2 but I figured I'll get the 10 just in case so I can wear it with thick socks and they fit well with thick socks or two pairs of thick socks, however They are bottom heavy which is good but your feet clunk when you walk, and I didn't stumble, but I noticed a couple times there was a little difficulty, but because they are wider at the base of the foot is probably the reason why and I lace them up as tight as I could, and I've even tried to change the way they were laced up to bring them tighter around the bottom to make them more snug over the foot itself and it made a little difference, but not really that much but I would recommend them
