In California, they have fruit stands like we have hotdog stands here in Missouri. They have the option of Tajin like we might use ketchup or mustard on hotdogs. I got hooked. It was a delicious seasoning for the fruit bowls. If you've never tried it - try it. I think you'll get hooked too.

this goes perfectly with the fruits, like mangofor Mangonadas. I put this on top of the fruit after I purée the mango and put chunks of dice mango on top then I drizzle this Champy over it and I sprinkle the Tajin powder on top for adding a tamarind straw. It taste really good. The perfect amount of spice, like mild.
