I love the chocolate flavor. The hunger smart shakes give a feeling of fullness that lasts longer than a typical diabetic shake. I really like these much better than the vanilla flavor which seems to be too thick and too heavily flavored. These shakes are great tasting and dont have any odd taste that typically comes with nutrition shakes. I absolutely recommend this brand and this chocolate flavor for the taste, glucose level balance, and feeling of fullness. Tip: if you feel hungrier for something other than a shake (that may spike blood sugar), drink some of this shake first before eating. These really do help prevent blood sugar spikes!
