DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Take one serving (1 scoop) of Cellucor C4®, mixed with 4-6 fl. oz. of water 20-30 minutes before training. Once tolerance has been assessed and you are looking for an additional boost of energy, take one additional serving (1 scoop) with serving taken before training. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS PER DAY. The flavor is terrible. Plus the powder was clumped so hard it was like one ball stuck together. I had to break it up into powder. These products obviously just sit in a warehouse as I checked the expiration date.

Received 3 of 3 watermelon pre workout powders I ordered except they all were chunky powders, as if moisture got into them. Jars were all seemingly unopened and expiration was 1 year away, so I think they were just poorly stored by seller, I don't know. But now I'm returning all of them.
