Sure, I could make my own gravy easy enough, but this allows me to make a small portion for one and everything is already in the mix. The taste is good and I'm not worried about adding extra sodium to my meal like most prepackaged products that often contain way too much. Seemed like a small bag at first, but a little goes a long way.
