Sunex 9614 12" Wide Jaw Adjustable Wrench

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got this widemouth adjustable wrench and have found it to be a great tool. I especially like the metric scale on the one side of the wrench. It is accurate to know what size wrench(or socket) I need for what ever I am working on. I am not a fan of trying to apply a lot of torque with an adjustable wrench in general, as there is always some play in the jaw due to the adjustment screw but there is a limited amount of play in this jaw (less than the norm). I let my friend try it as he uses an adjustable wrench much more often then I do(I am an automotive technician and he works on light duty equipment and atvs/motorcycles). He also agrees, this is the best adjustable wrench he has used to date. He said he really likes the small metal loop behind the rubber grip because he can tap it with a hammer to help loosen a stuck fastener. He also said he really feels like he can get a much better grip with this wrench then the others he has (he has quite a few). This adjustable wrench is the best I have ever used. Sunex makes great tools and this is one of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This adjustable is a big upgrade from the one I have had for the last 20 years. Not too bulky, heavy, but sturdy and has a nice fit in my hands. Easy to adjust and a nice feature is the metric & standard sizing which seems right on the money. Showing this off to the coworkers and they all say sunex is stepping up their game. Quality of the tool, and the price... can't be beat!
