This is a nice and spicy barbeque sauce. I like a little bit of heat but don't like most grocery store barbeque sauces because they tend to be gooey and thick. This sauce is definitely on the spicy side, but I have had much hotter. It is not sweet like many barbeque sauces tend to be. For me, this has been perfect to use on chicken and meat when grilling. It leaves the chicken and meat with a nice level of heat, which can be turned up with additional sauce or down with something a bit more mild or sweet.
