Good product, in a small amount.
Like all King Oscar products, this canned salmon was high quality. My wife, who is Japanese, thought that it was too firm and lacked taste. I, who am non-Japanese, thought that it had a good firmness with a mild taste. I enjoyed eating it on a salad, or with rice. In each case I also used the olive oiled in which it had been packed. My only real complaint would be the small amount of salmon in the can. Otherwise, I would recommend this.

The salmon tasted mild not “fishy” The olive oil also has a mild taste The lemon flavor came through but was not overpowering This salmon can be used with any other vegetables like cherry tomatoes The metal can might be a bit fragile This salmon is delicious but a bit pricey

I was a little afraid to try this, but glad I finally did! I found it lite and refreshing. I ate it straight out of the tin. It's not at all fishy. There's not even a trace of skin or bones, very clean. I love lemons, so I quite enjoyed this. Would be great in any kind of salad and that's how I will try it next. King Oscar fish is the best! Peeling back this lid was easy as well. Way better than the tin lids. I'm definitely a fan.
