Worth it!
This review is for the seller mostly. There was an internal mix up with my order and this seller did everything to make it right. I would definitely order from this seller again. The teeth trainers are really good, I got the 3 pack; the hard one is the best to me because I have been training for awhile, but if you've just started training you will need at least two. I see little difference in firmness between the soft and medium trainer. I have one tooth that needs aligning and I already see a difference after just a week! I'm so glad I'm making so much progress!
