The video on YouTube made it easy.The cable connecting the power window controls to the electrical system was very hard to release and reconnect until I found that the wires need to be temporarily realigned to be inline with the connector, after which the outer sleeve of the connector easily slides on and off. With the outer sleeve off, it is easy to release and connect the wires.

2007 Toyota DS mirror R & R

I would recommend this product, it worked as advertised and it was low-cost. I also suggest that you look at the videos on YouTube and that the electrical connector for the window switch (which needs to be removed when removing the inner door panel) can be tricky to disconnect and later reconnect. There is an internal locking tab in the connector that is hidden from view but this wasn't mentioned in the video, so the mirror R & R job took longer than it should have. Once I got past that, the mirror worked fine and the job went smoothly. I also used blue Loctite on the 3 mirror studs because I don't want them to back off from vibration. HTH.
