Provides genuine 660nm Redlight from red LEDs. Not just a colored bulb with regular white LEDs, like some. It's a great supplement for a Red-light therapy room, or for a Dark Room for photagraphy. Although it's not dimmable, so that's something to consider. Overall this is the best Red Light LED bulb I've seen online.

My old 125lb dog went out on the porch and refused to come back in the house because of arthritis with a cold environment I turned it into the biggest heated doghouse you've ever seen I use string lights in my house. The bug porch light was too bright for him so I got this light bulb, and he loves it it's really cool at night everything glows I love this light bulb It's never turned off and has not burned out I will be getting more so don't buy them all lol
