I also keep veggie scraps and bones etc to make homemade broth in the instapot. these little sucker freeze in one cup bricks that I am able to just pop out of the silicone right out the freezer. rice, broth, curry....it has worked great for everything and has yet to stain. much easier to deal with than ice cube trays and much easier to clean. would recommend in a heartbeat.
