- The main machine all use the high quality steel plate laser cutting. Surface adopts advanced electrostatic spraying treatment scratch resistance cleaning resistance acid and alkali resistance.
- The pallet is made of 3 mm thick steel plate. The printable size is 360*420 mm; Pallet with ruler, and it can accurately position the substrate; 4 positioning magnetic strips with the thickness of2 mm are configured. After placing the substrate, the positioning magnetic strips will be directly adsorbed on 2-3 sides of the substrate.
- The substrate will be fxed at a specific position accurately to ensure the accurate positioning and printing of all the substrate.
- The printing station can be on the left and moved to the right after the printing is finished. If the operator is used to printing on the right side, the slider on the chuck can be removed and installdl on the right side of the chuck.
- At the same time, reinstall the replaced additional plate on the left and right side ,then move the chuck support plate to the left to realize right side printing. After the printing is completed, the slider can be moved to the left side.
