It is a nice firm foam rubber pillow like I've been looking for. the last one stayed firm and was great for almost 20 years till it recently wore out. this one is just as amazing as that one and I paid over $100 for it 20 years ago this one was amazing for the price and I will probably buy 10 more to put in the rest of the bedrooms of the house!!!
