The Stamina Longline is a bra I keep coming back to, although this is not for those high impact exercises it is not designed to be! This is perfect for light/medium impact exercise and I love it for hiking, workouts and spin classes. I must say, size up - this is a bra that is designed to be very compressive and I will always suggest sizing up at least one size. You will not lose the support but you will gain a bit more freedom around your ribcage. I am a 34F/G and I wear a size XL, in tops I wear a size M or L - I hope this helps you pick out the correct size! I cannot tell you how amazing I feel in this bra, it offer the coverage I need to feel confident while also wicking away sweaty and looking good doing its job. Really struggle to find sports tops as i have a 30f cup size but this one is perfect for me. Will be buying lots more of this style ... I bought Medium.
