Swann Tracker Security Camera

We have it for almost 2 years. During that time it stopped working over 30 times. Hard to remember exactly. And the only solution for fixing it was to remove the camera from the system and install it again. But that wasn't easy either. We straggled to do it for about an hour each time as it didn't want to be installed for some reason. Needed to be disconnected from the power, and reset many times before started working properly. There was no software update available for it, which probably could fix the problem. Also, if the camera is not connected (not working properly), there is no way to see the recording which suppose to be in the cloud. We were wondering, if someone will still the camera we won't be able to see who that was and what happened. Initially we had two of them, but because we had so many problems we bought another one to see if they all the same. Unfortunately thay are, so it wasn't isolated problem of 1 bad camera. We still keep them only because we also have 4 cameras connected by WiFi to a recording hard drive which surprisingly work well. That's the only thing keeping us connected to Swann.
