Surya Edric EDR-001 18 x 18" Square Cotton Pillow Cover in Ivory/White/Beige

I ordered 2 of these pillow covers from Walmart, but it was from a 3rd party called Homesquare. I love these pillow covers and they were delivered May 30, 2023. However three and a half months later one of them is separating from the back and the material is unraveling. I contacted Homesquare to ask about their exchange policy and told them the story. Their reply was since it was past the 30 days they could not do a return, that was not my question. I did not want to return, just wanted to do an exchange for one that wasn't ripped. They then told me to contact Surya, the manufacturer I guess, so I did. Told them the same story and guess what they told me....they are the wholesale company and I need to contact Homesquare. I asked if they fully read my email because I clearly stated that Homesquare to me to contact you and now you are pushing it back to them. What the heck ever happened to customer service? Please someone tell me. So bottom line I do not recommend these pillow covers, %231 they are too pricey for lasting 3-4 months, %232 the passing of the buck....told both companies that it was only my husband and I in the household, so they have not been abused. There went $75 down the drain....very aggravated. I don't know if Walmart would do anything or not...may try to contact them. Do Not Purchase These
