The design is absolutely gorgeous - reminds me of leopard print. Material is a stuff but can be walked on with barefoot comfortably. It's survived 2 bad storms so far and is holding up perfectly. No rips or tears. The maintenance has been a breeze, too. Just spray it with hose and go. I have also taken the vacuum to it, and it's holding up great. I'd highly recommend getting this rug!
